He came to us prior to listing with in depth market analysis on the apartments selling in our area and figured out the best method for us to get the best price possible. He organised all the fix ups and photos needed before we listed. We managed to sell our place within the first 10 days of listing which was a record for the complex, this was due to Sam's excellent ability as an agent. He also provided helpful opinions on how to approach the negotiations with the buyer without overstepping, i think this helped us immensely in getting the best price possible.
