Sam did an outstanding job getting my place sold. From listing to sale the process took 3 weeks. I know everyone says this, but my place *was* special, and not only was Sam able to recognise this, he was effective in communicating it to purchasers as well. Same always gave plenty of notice for private inspections and open homes. The feedback Sam provided from potential buyers was succinct and timely, but I never felt like it was too much. At all times I felt as if I was Sam's only client, especially on the day that the house sold. He gave me his complete attention, and worked hard to get me the best result possible. I would not hesitate to have Sam sell my new house.

I contacted Sam after reading written reviews. Sam gave me total confidence in his ability to sell my mothers home. The process became difficult due to the involvement of the Trustee and Guardian. Sam never faulted as one problem after another came up. His communication skills and honesty were impeccable. After a 4 week campaign with showing the property, he kept me up to date each week with how many viewers there were, auction day arrived and to my surprise the final bid was well above the reserve. We initiated our sales process through agent finder and received a bunch of replies from various agents whom I'd had brief initial conversations with and from the get go Sam stood out as a straight talking and down to earth person. Sam has exceptional communication skills, patience and very professional demeanour. To be honest I wasn't particularly looking forward to dealing with a realestate agents considering the industry reputation a lot of them have but Sam completely flipped that notion on its head. Sam was very honest and upfront from the start and had made him self available for any questions we had and continuously kept us up to date with the proceedings of the sale and always had good advice through the whole process from listing to sale. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to sell or buy property, the man is extremely hard working and competent in his job and has a real talent and tact in dealing with all manner of people.
