With this in mind, Sam's valuation was the best out of all the agents and we were happy with the price that we sold for. Sam came across as very honest in dealings - a number of comments/statements that he made were validated by third parties so we knew he wasn't overselling the property. He communicated very well during the sales process and we knew where we stood. We spoke with a person allied to the real estate business and he said that "Sam is one of the best agents on the Peninsula". This person had no vested interest in that comment and was just giving his honest opinion. We would recommend Sam for your real estate business.
