Sam D'Angelo was responsive, personable & punctual from our first point of conact. He shared his knowledge of the property openly & candidly. Unfortunately Settlement timing & handover of keys did not take place as expected due to the owner's lack of organisation. Sam provided an extra level of service by obtaining a set of keys from the Vendor on our behalf. Despite the unpleasant experience with the Vendor, we are happy with the purchase of the property.
