Sam Danvers was young enthusiastic and always helpful. Perhaps more importantly, he was honest and down to earth about all aspects of the sale of the house. I did not feel wary of being swindled like some Salesman make you feel. The sale of the house occurred quicker than anticipated and I was kept in the loop at all times. This was essential as I didn't live in the local district. I would happily recommend Sam to my friends and use him again if I chose to buy/sell in Grafton!
