The one thing that was most appreciated was meeting us after hours on several occasions and on his days off. Sam Dehaiby sold my property in Merrylands. He worked hard, and I am very satisfied with the result. When I first met Sam, he had already done research on my property. He discovered a few things that I did not know myself His marketing plan seemed to be at least as good as any plan suggested to me by any other Agent. He knew how to contact the different types of buyers, such as developers, overseas investors and so on. He had a plan for getting the top position on the internet. He advised me on how to prepare the property for sale and organised some of this himself. While the house was on the market, Sam contacted me on a regular basis. I never had to call him to find out what was going on. Sam worked very hard to get the best possible price. Several times he went out at night to meet developers at their homes. He was always enthusiastic about getting the best price and never tried to sell my property cheaply.
Sam was excellent in helping us to sell our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and persistent - all of which proved important in selling in a relatively soft market. We are more than happy to recommend Sam if you are looking to sell your home.
