This is the second property Sam has sold for me in the last 12 months in 2 different suburbs and has once again come up with a very good result. As with my first property at Sunnybank Hills, when I let him know I was getting this Drewvale residence ready to sell, he told me he wanted to come and have a walk around the property with me and advise on the areas which would benefit in relation to landscaping along with the interior of the house itself to make it more appealing. The property was put on the market in mid January on a Wednesday with an open house to be held that following Saturday, Sam had 3 offers in the first 24 hours and we agreed and signed a contract less than 2 days later for more than the listing price.
