Sam helped the reviewer buy this property

Good service

Sam was helpful in my purchase. Found him to be very genuine and I felt well informed through the whole process, things I noted from the sale, 1. Sam is straight down the line with pricing feedback. He simply passes on the relevant information to help you make decisions. 2. He picked up the phone every time I called him night and day. 3. He does everything he says he'll do 4. His client was obviously very happy. As were we. You can't ask for much more than a big win for all parties and Sam diligently and honestly works towards that at every stage, I highly recommend Sam.
