Sam was very open, friendly, helpful and always communicating and supportive to both parties. As new first home owners its all so many mix emotions and uncertainty. With the help of Sam it made the process much easier and more understanding with reassurance along the way. Can't thank Sam enough for everything she has done and still ongoing support, for our family. Also for taking her day off in her own time to do the pre-settlement day with us. Sam Dowding tells the truth. I believe this is her most important asset. We were renovating and half thinking of selling, Sam convinced us that we could sell it quickly but, we had a bit to do. Sam visited throughout the Renos and gave feedback. This feedback spurred us on every time she visited. Then it was time to put it on the market. Sam told us what to leave in the house to make it look right and it sold extremely quickly. We now consider her a friend and will be invited to our house warming. A real estate that tells the truth!!!
