Whilst making the offer he was prompt in responding to queries, knew the answers to my questions about the property, and was straightforward to deal with. In instances where follow-up was required (I.e. with the seller or body corporate) Sam did so expeditiously. There were no high-pressure tactics used during the buying process and overall the experience was far less stressful than anticipated due in no small part to how Sam conducted himself. 5/5 would buy from again.
