Sam has always been accommodating to my needs with my limited availability, to show me through the property I purchased even at a few hours notice. Sam walked through the property step by step, detail by detail to help me understand the quality of unit I purchased. Sam knew specific details about the block which others didn't, to give me an honest overview of where I was purchasing so I could have a considered decision.
