Sam was very punctual with communication, responded quickly and provided updates regularly. His initial estimate of expected sale value did not align with actual sale price achieved. Some knowledge (of his) was held back at initial discussions. There was a lack of understanding of the market, and he also did not seem to have strategies to deal with marketing and negotiation situations, I had to provide guidance to Sam in these scenarios.

Sam recently sold our home of 25 years for us in Highfields and we could not be happier with Sams commitment to ensuring the sale went smoothly and without the stress that sometimes comes with selling the place you have called home for a big part of your life. We were overseas when the sale went through and Sam went over and above our expectations to ensure we were well informed and happy with what was taking place while we were away.
