I had the option of of two Agents but I chose you because you were more realistic about the value of this property. Within an hour or so of all the members of your team viewing the property, I had an offer which over the course of the day you managed to negotiate to an acceptable offer. Unfortunately his finance did not come through. Still you persisted and prior to auction you managed to get my price. I cannot recommend you highly enough for all your attention to details and keeping me informed at all times. Even after the signing of the contracts etc, you are still in contact and advising me. We met with a few agents but decided to let Sam deal with the sale of my mothers house when she was confined to a nursing home. Sam was a pleasure to deal with, had great knowledge of the local market and was not pushy. It was a difficult time for the family and Sam respected this fact and at every meeting asked about mum's health. Our experience with Sam and the team at Barry Plant was generally positive, although in the end, the buyer group they targeted were not really interested in the property and the buyers came from a different market group.
