Sam. Sufficient communication but not over the top. All communication by text (except for a couple of important phone calls eg to discuss offer). Quiet yet relaxed manner. Listens. Not pushy. No aggressive, pushy, intense energy taking over the space. Efficient, professional, approachable, capable, friendly, successful. Everything online, all the admin processes worked like a dream.

Sam was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was able to answer the numerous questions we had. He allowed us ample time at our first inspection to view the property and was accommodating to the time we had available for our subsequent inspection. He replied to messages and emails promptly and kept us fully informed through the sales process.
