Sam was a pleasure to deal with and achieved a great result for us selling our home. Clear communication throughout, a respected expert in our suburb, he delivered a result beyond our expectations by having the ability to navigate a challenging selling time during a snap lockdown.
Sam is a go-getter superstar!! Melbourne's best real estate agent in my view!!
Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I cannot thank Sam enough for all his hard work, his knowledge and expertise. We would definitely use Sam again and highly recommend him.
I was aware of Sam's intimate knowledge of the Bayside property market and was keen to use him to sell our investment property. We had not been a seller for some time and Sam gave great pre-sale advice and the contacts to help best present the property. We achieved an above expectation result and the whole process was surprisingly stress free thanks to Sam and his team, I could not more highly recommend him or Chisholm Gamon to handle a sale.
The professionalism and attention to detail of Andrew Vandermeer and Sam Gamon auctioneer was outstanding. Their availability to both the purchasers and vendor made my sale seamless. A great result for myself and the purchaser, particularly in a time of lock down and an online auction environment is commendable.
Communication was exceptional and great team supporting. Marketing was amazing and very happy with result.
Sam did a fantastic job for us, again! This was the second time in 2 years that we have worked with Sam. Sam was great at keeping us informed about the market and all the interested buyers throughout the campaign. And he did this well even if we are living overseas at the moment. And again, he achieved a good result for us. We would never use anyone but Sam in Elwood.
Sam and his team were great. They have the knowledge and experience in my suburb and what potential buyers are looking for. The team communicated well and kept me informed. I would recommend Chisholm & Gamon. Thanks Sam and Rhianna.
Sam's knowledge of the Elwood market is unparalleled and his knowledge and reputation in the Elwood market attracted quality buyers for our property. His guidance and recommendations were extremely valuable and he is a great communicator and responsive. A pleasure to work with and highly recommend Sam and his team.
Sam conducted the campaign for the sale of our property in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. We greatly appreciate his involvement and the positive sale result. Many thanks - Sophie
Sam’s dedication to working carefully and respectfully with both seller and buyer is unparalleled. I’ve bought twice and now sold with Sam and I wouldn’t look elsewhere.
