Like many before me, I have recently walked the highly stressful road of selling my property. Even making the decision to do this was stressful enough but upon having decided myself, it then took me to the next stage in the process being that of choosing an agent. This is where the fun really gets started because, like many people, I am not someone who is comfortable in the world of property sales nor the company of real estate agents. And again, whilst squirming in the crosshairs of being an acute market target, I repeatedly grappled with the question of who can you trust?
