What made him a great Agent (in my opinion) was the fact that he did not pester me with calls or useless information leading up to the sale, nor was he consistently calling me each day to re-affirm my interest in the property. During the sale negotiations, Sam was also very attentive and did not apply any pressure for me to place an offer - i.e. there were no rambles of "this is a great opportunity / I have many other interested buyers / the vendor wants to sell today" etc. It felt like a very fluid and transparent (as can be, in these situations) transaction with Sam.
