Sam cannot be trusted. Broken promises and a full let down after helping make the first offer. Lied and made promises he couldn't keep. He then said sorry but that was vendors advise. No call back and just terrible. Gives real estate agents a bad name and he just didn't care. Absolutely no soul. No respect and will never do a deal with him as will probably get lied too. Wasted so much time and very upsetting.

Sam was very enthusiastic and professional from the beginning. His communication was outstanding, he listened to us and offered advice when needed. He is personable, relatable and friendly. He was very accomodating and provided timely feedback. We would not hesitate to recommend Sam to family and friends when looking for an agent to represent them. Would absolutely team up with Sam again!

After telling me my full offer would go straight to the owner and not "shopped" around to other buyers he immediately unknowingly called my father who has inspected the property to ask if he had interested in offering. Once sold Sam also agreed in writing to have the sale price undisclosed on the sale and waited until the day cooling off expired to inform us he was going to display the sold price online - for his personal benefit & of the agency. We also took time off work on two seperate days for the final inspection which were cancelled last minute wasting our time. Sam showed little empathy in this situation. We realise vendors are the fee paying client but buyers also become sellers once day and we will remember this experience with Sam and BP Coburg.
