As a purchaser, I wouldn't normally have expected there to be much interaction between us and the agent (compared to, say, a vendor and agent) however Sam has exceeded our expectations, and was always very approachable if we had questions. He was also very helpful in a number of other housekeeping things such as keys, gaining access to the property, redirected mail etc. even well after the property purchase was settled.
