Very honest and kind we just moved up from the central coast 12 hours away and we know no one and bought in pomona the most beautiful town on earth been here a week all ready feels like home just because of people like them I’m so lucky to have meet these people / this company if you are selling or renting a house or even buying you won’t be disappointed 5 star service xxxxxxx

We chose Sam & Phil Hargrave because we saw so many of their signs on our road and in Pomona in general, while most of the properties had ‘SOLD’ on them in no time. My wife and I discussed our choice to take Sam & Phil and we have never regretted it. We have dealt most with Phil and on a few occasions with Sam, both are very professional and adhere to what the clients wants. In the few months our property was for sale we had a meeting with both to establish what we as clients wanted and expected from Sam & Phil, this meeting was a great opportunity for both parties to aim for the same goal. Phil is a real gentleman, with ‘OPEN HOMES’ he would always have a flower for the visiting viewers and what we really appreciated for my wife as well. Although both Sam & Phil had their fair share of health issues throughout the time our property was for sale they never let us down and did everything they could do to come to a positive result for us. We don’t hesitate one minute to recommend both Sam & Phil to anyone in need of a real estate agent, we certainly will take them again when we require a real estate agent in the future.

Wow not sure what to say that hasn't already been said but Sam, Phil and the Team worked extremely hard from the outset to get us an amazing deal. Communication was amazing they were at the house doing open homes as were needed until we achieved a sale. I have never seen a Team of such dedicated people work so hard for their clients.
