We have bought and sold with Ray White Pomona and feel we are in a good position to rate their performance. We bought our property in a hurry and Ray White Pomona facilitated our urgency with great skill especially in the remote style negotiations that we had to master. (The seller had moved to Canberra) . The recent sale of our property was an unexpected triumph. The team at Ray White Pomona came through when all seemed lost. The Corona virus was the elephant in the room and uncertainty prevailed everywhere. We were prepared to reduce our listed price after a number of open houses but were advised by Sam to stay strong as it was a case, she advised , of the right buyer not having arrived yet. Sam was adamant that the listed price should prevail based on other transactions that had been completed. Sure enough after the 4th week the deal was clinched at the listed price.
