Sam has looked after sale of my property and I can't thank him enough on how much care he took towards this from the beginning to the end. With no selling experience from my side, He has been thorough, detailed and very patient with me. He has explained every step and next items that I got to be prepared for. He has done his best in presenting the property during inspections especially when I had tenants, he didn't mind rolling his sleeves and getting his hands dirty as well.
