I recently purchased a property through Sam Hinshelwood in Annerley. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Whilst we negotiated Sam at no point tried to bid me up and made sure that I was comfortable in the process. I would recommend Sam to anyone to manage the sale of their property. When I buy another property (Investment) I will go to Sam directly as I know what he is saying will be an accurate reflection of the situation. The same goes when I sell this one. A good agent that you like, trust and respect can be hard to find. Sam has a new long term client in me.
