Just a lovely personal touch with the class of business and getting you the best price for your property. I must point out that Sam makes you come to your selling price points which in this current day is a rarity and not seen with other agents he always protects your asset and will strive to get you the highest price possible, that I haven’t seen in many of my other dealings with agents.
