When I decided to sell my property I knew I had the right agent. Sam knew the area very well. He is very experienced and he knew how to communicate to the large part of the potential buyers in the area. Knowing the demographic of the area is very important so he can execute and guide us how to sell our property. Sam gave us genuine and realistic advice. Sam is no BS!! He was always responsive to calls, emails and up to date to every open home. He is very easy to work with and very approachable. While we can't control what the market is telling us Sam gave us his very realistic and honest opinion. So it was not a hard decision for us to accept when we got an offer to buy our property. Sam worked hard and tirelessly to sell my property. Despite some negative aspect of my property due to it being in the ground floor Sam sold it in a reasonable time. I'm very happy for the result and it was a pleasure working with Sam. He's work ethic is second to none! I hardly recommend Sam.
