Sam helped the reviewer sell this property

Phenomenal

I had been liaising with Sam for over 12 months with regards his local market. Sam was honest, knowledgeable, approachable and trustworthy. When we finally engaged Sam he was all of the above and more going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable with the sales process. He also exceeded expectations with regards the final outcome. Same is a friendly and throughly decent human being. Very highly recommended!!
