Not knowing what we were truly after on day one, over a period of 8+months we build a genuine relationship with the team at Raine and Horne (Primarily with Sam Kearney), that fostered an awareness of options that didn't discourage engaging with other agents. The team listened to our wants and demonstrated a real desire to advise and help us find the right property, not just the next property available. They presented a very reasonable sales pitch, and their after sales support and ongoing engagement has been fantastic. From our first meeting, he set expectations, talked me through the process, helped me with all of the little fiddly bits (photos, listing, styling etc), and communicated extremely effectively. Sam was punctual at the open houses, and seemed to build strong rapport with the potential buyers. In a tough market Sam was a great negotiator. There was only 1 potential buyer, and Sam was able to get the price I was hoping for. He helped with conveyancing and made sure the entire experience was as simple as possible.
