Throughout the process, Sam was honest about the price we could expect (even though it wasn’t as high as our unrealistic expectations). He gently guided us to understand the market nuances, and we got at the top of the market at the time. Selling your home is so stressful, and having a team that is calm and supportive right up until settlement, is invaluable.
