Firstly I found Sam a genuine country guy who was a pleasure to deal with. There were no sales games or spin like many real estate agents. Having said that he was highly motivated to help me sell and was always on the ball with prospective buyers and knows the market well in the area. Sam was always available basically 7 days a week and happy to help. Our house was on the market for nearly 12 months with another firm and the week i changed over to Sam he had multiple prospective buyers within a week and sold 6 weeks later. Sam was not pushy or "stuck up" like many real estate agents and this is why I highly recommend him. Sam should be given a higher commision fom his boss!!!!👍
