Very glad I chose to go with Sam (and Daniel). They listened to what I required from an agent and presented a very considered approach and campaign model. More importantly the property was sold for the right price in a quick time frame! Great communication, made the process very simple, nothing was too much trouble, and provided a market knowledge I did not see form any other agents I interviewed.
