I can’t speak highly enough of Sam Lloyd and team. In my view, an agent needs to be trustworthy, communicative, knowledgeable (of trends in the relevant market etc) and strategic. They also need to be able deliver both good and bad news in a timely manner in the best interests of the vendor. Sam proved to be all those things and more. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Found Sam and his team kept us informed for the entire process.. Always contactable (unlike some other agents). Updates twice a week after open homes was great, with updates on open home visits and contract requests. The team were knowledgeable, and negotiated a great price before auction with the buyer.
