This is one of the easiest reviews I’ve ever had to write! We first met Sam and the McGrath team about 3 years ago when we began our local property search and finally, finally we just bought a house from them. At one point in my search I jokingly referred to Sam as my buyer’s agent as he was so diligent about keeping us up to date with every single property that might suit us in the area. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about every house and every listing and his passion for real estate shone through. Even though I knew he was acting for the vendors of course, I felt that he was always so honest and transparent with us and we knew that he genuinely cared about us finding our Forever Home. The lovely Maddie is Sam’s ever diligent sales associate and she works so incredibly hard. I would often receive messages from them both late at night and on weekends and nothing was ever too much trouble.
