Exceptional experience

Sam was great to deal with. His knowledge of the local market was spot on and he had time to sit down with me before going to market and explain the whole process and make suggestions to simplify the sale as I had never sold a house before. For me he took all the stress out of the situation. I felt he was very honest both with me and also the prospective buyers and he worked hard to get my house sold in a short time. I can't speak highly enough of both Sam and his team and would highly recommend him to anyone.
