Sam helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent communication skills . Extremely professional. Up to date market knowledge .

In all the time we worked with Sam he was always in regular communication with us and we felt that he was working in our best interests. During this time Sam was always there to provide encouragement and support. Sam always remained positive and reassured us that every problem we encountered was able to be dealt with by him and his team. Getting close to auction day Sam was in constant communication with us keeping us fully aware of latest developments. Overall we were extremely pleased with all aspects of Sam’s handling of the sale of our house.
