After meeting Sam a number of years ago - we liked his style, knowledge of the area and way that he communicated. We stayed in touch as we tried to make the decision to sell our property and he kept us informed of the market conditions. When we finally decided to sell our properties it was a no-brainer and we called Sam. The sales process was easy, transparent and got a great result! Sam was great to deal with, an amazing negotiator and helped us through when things got a bit tricky.
