Sale of 10 Osborne Avenue Bentleigh at auction 16 April 2016

Sam has kept in regular but not intrusive contact with me over the past few years as we've considered selling our home or doing a knock down/ rebuild duplex development. He's provided very useful advice and appraisals when requested. I even sought his advice to work out our bidding strategy at auction for the property we just bought in Black Rock. We went through the due diligence of talking to 2 other agencies as well as Buxton before listing our home for sale. Sam Maley and Chris Hassell (auctioneer) at Buxton were confirmed as our choice. They conducted the whole campaign very professionally with Sam providing constant communication and updates. Despite some nervous moments at the auction with a slow start to the bidding, Buxton achieved a great outcome for us which was well over reserve.
