Working with both Sam and Paul for Buxton was a great experience. We had a number of meetings with Sam during COVID lockdown, about what we should do/what to expect re when to put our house up for sale. Sam, while always enthusiastic, was realistic about market expectations in an uncertain world. Sam's knowledge of our suburb re pricing/sales was 1st class, and he pretty much knew every street in our suburb that had had a recent sale. He always kept us informed, and his constant market updates were appreciated. Sam never pressured us re our pricing, and even after we cancelled our auction (due to minimal interest) we stayed firm with our pricing, and in the end Sam found us a buyer and we got exactly the price we were hoping to a few months prior. We would recommend Sam and Buxton to anyone looking to sell a property in the bayside area.
