I would like to start by quoting Sam's own self motto, and that is "become a person before becoming an agent". Sam has truly lived up to this motto and greatly assisted us with selling our first family home in Hampton. Sam's interpersonal and communication skills is something that is greatly recognised and appreciated, not just by ourselves as the seller, but also the conveyancer and I'm sure everyone else that's involved in the journey. He was always transparent throughout the process, but also diligent and genuine, and always would like to achieve the happy medium is something that I am a big fan of. We have also learnt so much from him at a personal level throughout which could benefit us for a lifetime.
