Sam was the natural person to turn to when we wanted to sell our house as he had sold it to us and his office was just around the corner. The advertising was pretty good, cost effective and we were able to have input, but with guidance from Sam, on how we should market the house. Sam recently sold my house at 6 Sardon St Toowoomba. After having multiple agents appraise the property i chose to work with Sam. Sam was very easy to deal with and what i most appreciated is both himself and his colleague Matt always called me as soon as they had any update on inspections or feedback from potential buyers. They walked me through the process professionally and when it came to negotiation they held out for the price i was asking. This house needed substantial work and after the first contract fell through they were still very optimistic of a sale.
