From the moment I first viewed the property that is (soon to be) our home, Sam was courteous and helpful. He was upfront with buyers - he didn't attempt to gloss over the fact the house needed work - but he also worked hard for the sellers and negotiated the price up to a point they were obviously happy. Sam has continued to be helpful and accommodating, even after the contracts have been signed. We really appreciate his assistance through this process. It was really great dealing with Sam. I am really impressed with his market knowledge and he guided us through the buying process. The unit that we bought was through 'Closing by date Sale'. As a first home buyers we didn't have much knowledge of this process. But Sam had helped us to negotiate the price and secure this property with the current market rate. He was prompt in communicating to us and responded to all our queries in a pleasant manner. He has also provided required inputs during valuation which eased our loan approvals.
