I was impressed by their-behind-the-scenes selling methods....which I won't disclose here....but they were obviously very effective. Sam and Zac Tully know the market, know the best way to resent a property to best meet that market, and importantly, know their selling area..........intimately.......I was in good hands and the selling price, which was what I had expected, confirmed that Sam and Zac had acted in the vendor's best interest.

Amazing campaign and an easy sale process

I actually bought my property from Sam in 2012 so he was my first choice to sell it. Straight forward sale that matched my requirements . I wanted a quick sale, had a price point and I had a tenant who ideally wanted to stay so was looking for an investor in an owner occupiers Market. Listed 23/8 under contract with a buyer's agent for an investor on 15/9 with 7 days pest, building and finance conditions, 30 day settlement and they slightly exceeded my price point.
