We've admired Sam's work ethic and organisation well before we were selling as we had run into him in Armstrong Creek and received plenty of updates and information over the years. When we met in person, Sam was extremely easy to talk with but assertive and confident in his knowledge and skills. This made our choice in Sam simple. Throughout the for sale period, Sam's communication was methodical and reliable which allowed us to always be on the same page. He was always responsive so when we had any queries or concerns we could close those out quickly without worry. Once we made the sale, Sam's communication and organisation continued as he guided us through the sale process and assisted in some small works required prior to settlement.
