Sam was an absolute professional to deal with. He clearly explained the market and sales process from start to finish after carefully considering our drivers. Coordinated absolutely everything for us and kept us in the loop as things progressed and was always available should we have any queries. Had a great network of potential buyers and which meant we had an offer and acceptance on the first weekend of showing. From there he coordinated with the property manager, conveyancer and purchaser to ensure our great tenants were looked after and everything went as smooth as possible through the settlement period and settlement occurred on the day as planned without any complications. The experience could not have been any better.
