I was planning on selling my unit my self, however Sam talked me into letting him list the property and I'm certainly glad I did. Sam is a down to earth, personable sort of bloke and doesn't come across as pushy or over the top at all. He is however, professional and well prepared and he arrived with a stack of research he'd carried out on relevant recent sales and as a result I trusted him when he said I could achieve a higher price then I'd initially thought possible. Then, to his credit, he followed through and worked hard to negotiate a price which was at the upper end of his estimate and then closed the deal within about 7 days of the property being listed. All the while he kept me up to speed with the negotiation process and always made me feel like my business was important to him. All in all, Sam made selling my unit an easier and more profitable experience than I thought possible.
