He kept us informed of progress and came up with new ideas through the marketing period on how to sell the property.

Whilst not happy with some things (Maybe a co-incidence but other buyers appearing on the same day as I make an offer after the property had spent over a year on the market seemed odd. Also needing to provide a best price offer with testimonial seemed odd, again maybe this is just how things work but this is my perspective), I am happy with the purchase price and property.
