He didn't come in and promise us a certain price and within a week call us saying we would have to drop our price by $10 - 20,000 like we have experienced in the past. He was great to talk to and very helpful. If we sell anymore properties in Townsville we will be using him for sure.

After Sam helped us find the perfect house for us, we listed our old home with him. He was realistic in his appraisal and didn't try to promise more than the market could offer.
