Sam was great! His knowledge of the local area and pricing guide was realistic. He didn't come in and promise us a certain price and within a week call us saying we would have to drop our price by $10 - 20,000 like we have experienced in the past. He was great to talk to and very helpful. If we sell anymore properties in Townsville we will be using him for sure.
