We have viewed and purchased quite a few properties. Sam was right up there with the best agents we have dealt with. In the midst of waiting to become a first time father he was available whenever required. He was able to negotiate with us without us feeling pushed. He noted our concerns and did not try to dissuade us of our opinions. Sam was quick to point out any positives for his vendor which might serve to counter our concerns. He did not try to get us to stretch our budget to a point where we would have walked away from the deal. . He worked hard for his vendor but also worked well with us to get a good result. He attended to pre settlement conditions in a timely manner and made sure vendor commitments were followed up on. He took us out for coffee but it was only a 71/2 out of 10 according to my husband so he needs to up his game there. He is personable and good fun to chat with. We recommend Sam to any sellers or purchasers and would not hesitate to seek his services again in either capacity. P.S. his baby is amazingly cute!
