I engaged Sam Oborn to sell my mothers property which had been in the family for over 65 years. The property had its challenges in that it was a detonate or renovate as it was pretty much in the original state. Sam's marketing campaign was handled professionally at all times and I was kept in the loop on all opens and feed back on prospective buyers comments. The property was passed in at auction however Sam worked until late on Saturday night to get the property over the line with an extra $20,000.00 which was a great result.
