Sam was always professional, courteous and easy going.

It was a hard sell for Sam to begin with, but under the circumstances he was very professional, he even went and vacuumed the house prior to settlement! When ever we queried anything and he didn't have the answer to, he made a point of finding out what he could and always got back to us - and continues to do so even after the sale. Overall it was a job well done.
