Sam has been a pleasure to deal with and made the purchase of our new home a very smooth process. His communication was outstanding and he was extremely helpful and always willingly to respond to any questions. We highly recommend Sam to any vendor or purchaser.

Sam was extremely friendly, approachable and down to earth . He kept me feeling comfortable and confident throughout what was a stressful time. His advice and recommendations were out standing resulting in an absolute amazing result at auction .

Sam was wonderful to deal with. I had a block of land on the market for over a year, and I had been with two other agents before Sam that just kept wanting to push my price down. Sam was always confident he could sell it at my price, he was constantly communicating with me, which was all I could ask for. I am very grateful for Sam for selling my block and getting me what I wanted. He made it easy!

Sam helped me to sell a block of land. He always kept me updated about the enquiries made by the prospective buyers. He set the right expectations from the beginning about the price range. There were no hidden costs with straightforward fixed price fee structure.

Sam Parson is the first real estate agent I’ve come across that is both personable and professional. His ability to be friendly and accommodating during every dealing was the reason I ended up buying from him. Could not be more satisfied with his service. Thank you Sam!

Sam has plenty of knowledge and experience. Great friendly service. Highley reccommend.

Sam was wonderful in selling our home for us. His communication was excellent throughout. Our house sold extremely quickly due to Sam’s willingness to go the extra mile meeting people when they were available and organising private inspections. The whole experience has been stress free and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Sam to my family and friends.

I have know Sam for many years, and when it came to selling our property my husband Ross and I had no doubt he would succeed. Fabulous to work with went above and beyond his requirements, nothing was any trouble, so polite and just a lovely guy all round. He was relentless, super thorough in his avenues and contacts he had and never stopped pursued our sale to the end. I will always use Sam no matter which town I am in.

Couldn’t ask for more communication, professionalism and honesty in Sam at Avenuefive. We always felt Sam was working for us, to give the outcome he said right from the start, Thank you again

Sams service and local knowledge is second to none. We felt comfortable and at ease knowing Sam was looking after us.

Sam was was great to deal with from day dot. he was always keeping in contact with myself through e-mail, call or text regarding appointments throughout the process, and we felt he was always putting his best foot forward to ensure everything was processed smoothly. In addition he was very friendly and a great communicator in general, with a sound knowledge of the Mount Duneed-Armstrong region in which he operates.

Sam was great to deal with, easy to contact and no question big or small.
